SEN Teaching Assistant: Nurture & 1:1 Support (Primary)

SMART Education Recruitment is seeking a part-time SEN Teaching Assistant in Droitwich to support students in Key Stage 1 and 2. This role requires a compassionate and flexible individual skilled at supporting children with additional needs. Responsibilities include both in-class and out-of-class learning support focused on emotional regulation and confidence-building.

Prior experience in TA or SEN roles is preferred but the right attitude is essential. The position offers competitive pay between £95 – £108 for morning and afternoon hours.
