U12 Lead Coach – Player Development & Progression

Newcastle United Football Club is seeking a skilled Lead Coach for the U12 squad to oversee daily coaching delivery and player development. You will work closely with the Head of Coach & Player Development and multidisciplinary staff to implement the Academy’s philosophy throughout the U11 and U12 age groups.

The ideal candidate will possess the FA Advanced Youth Award or be working towards it, alongside relevant safeguarding and first aid certifications. Join us in creating an inclusive environment for all players.
