What do we do?
Our Technical, Production and Costume Department plays a leading part in ensuring our performances are of the highest quality by delivering technical excellence for every performance, rehearsal, and event.
Our LinburyTheatretechnical teamrequiresthe support of a dedicated pool of casual Theatre Technicians to provide holiday cover andadditionalassistance to meet operational peaks to deliver performances, rehearsals, and events.
Technical casuals are required to work effectively as part of a team,participating in all necessary technical work for a production fromstores/workshops to rehearsal room, to stage rehearsal and performance,and return to stores, ensuring that all assigned activities associated arecarried out to the highest possible standard of safety,efficiencyand quality.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, we are looking for individuals with:
- A proventrack recordin technical work for any theatre or repertoryestablishment
- Excellentteamworkand communication skills
- Ability to followinstructions
- Self-motivated toacquirenew skills and knowledge in technicaltheatre
- Positiveand proactiveattitude to health and safety
