The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers.

As Bartender You Will

• Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well.
• Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

Our Most Successful Bartender Has

• A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent service skills.
• Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
• Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.
• This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
