Role: Medical Receptionist
Location: SpaMedica Carlisle, Minerva House, Port Road, Carlisle, CA2 7AF
This role will be based within our Carlisle Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region. Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: £24,852 per year

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers are greeted professionally
- Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
- Make appointments for patients while applying an understanding of patient confidentiality and attention to detail
- Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic
- Handle all administration tasks effectively
- Provide excellent customer care to all patients
