In this apprenticeship, you will develop skills in leadership, communication, strategic planning, and business improvement, ultimately becoming a confident and capable manager ready to make a positive impact on both strategic and operational levels.

What You’ll Do

From day one, you will:

  • Lead and supervise teams, overseeing daily operations
  • Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations

Project and Strategic Delivery

  • Manage projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

Business Insight and Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze business data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Track and report on departmental metrics to support management decisions
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
  • Promote ethical business practices and sustainable performance

Basic Qualifications

  • UK national, non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship
  • Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme
  • Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme
  • Not be registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
  • Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building
  • Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English
  • Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience (essential), including experience overseeing projects, operations, budgets, or teams – with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and performance
  • Not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship
  • This apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
