Rilla is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative in the UK to drive conversation intelligence sales. You will work directly with the Head of Sales and engage new leads through various channels. This is a unique opportunity for high growth in a startup environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-centric and eager to learn. Compensation includes OTE of £60,000–£110,000, private health insurance, and unlimited holiday.
