Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused person to join our team. You will be helping customers with photo printing, gifts, framing, passport photos and print services while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers
- Recommending products and services
- Processing customer orders
- Helping increase sales in store
- Answering customer enquiries
- Keeping the store presentable and organised
Qualifications
- Confident speaking with customers
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills preferred
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred)
- Confident using printing software, email systems and general IT systems
- Reliable and willing to learn
