24/7 Tennis Centre Guest Experience Advisor

The LTA in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a positive 24/7 experience for National Tennis Centre users, welcoming visitors and colleagues, supporting queries and exceeding expectations by providing a tailored 5* experience, promoting our vision and mission.

Interviews will be held in-person at the National Tennis Centre during the week commencing Monday 7th September 2026, with the application window closing at midnight on Sunday 30th August 2026.
