This brand is known for its unique and innovative designs, offering a fresh perspective on fashion with a strong sense of identity and purpose. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of wholesale will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial focus of the global wholesale distribution, maximising growth, exceeding targets, and identifying new business opportunities for this
Responsibilities as the Head of Wholesale will include:
- Develop and implement wholesale strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth in the wholesale market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new wholesale partners.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop pricing and discount strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
- Manage and train the wholesale team to ensure high performance and success.
- To have a strong commercial acumen and understanding of how the brand is performing within each territory.
- To deliver the company brand vision and sales goals.
As the Head of Wholesale, you will have
- At least 5 years of experience in wholesale management, preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Knowledge of wholesale processes and procedures, including pricing and discount strategies.
