The Opportunity: Escape the Desk, Own the Field

We are seeking an elite, highly resilient, and hungry Field-First 360-Degree Business

Development Manager (BDM) to join our rapidly growing team.

Let’s be clear: this is strictly an active, field-based role, not a comfortable desk job.

While you will have a desk at our premium Canary Wharf office to log your wins, collaborate with

the team, and finalise contracts, your primary workplace is on the streets of London. You will

spend up to 80% of your week on your feet knocking on doors, drop-pitching, networking, and

meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.

As a 360-degree sales professional, you own the entire lifecycle of the deal. You find the leads

in the field, you pitch our revolutionary Agentic Growth Platform, and you close the contracts.

This is a fast-paced, high-intensity, KPI-driven environment. It requires exceptional

self-discipline, physical stamina, and a relentless hunter mindset. If you love the thrill of

face-to-face negotiation and want absolute control over your earning potential, this role offers an

What You’ll Be Doing

Active Field Prospecting (The Hunt): Spend the majority of your week on-site and on

the street across London. Identify, drop-in on, and engage potential B2B clients in person

without relying on pre-booked desk leads.

End-to-End Sales Ownership (360-Degree): Manage the entire sales cycle

independently from the initial cold face-to-face introduction in the field, to demonstrating

the LairaOS platform, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.

Pitching the Platform: Confidently deliver high-impact in-person pitches to directors, and

business owners, clearly articulating how LairaOS’s autonomous AI agents will scale their

operations and revenue.

Closing & Contract Negotiation: Drive deals to a signed agreement, handling objections

gracefully and securing commercial terms to hit strict weekly and monthly revenue

targets.

Office-Base Administration & Follow-Up: Utilise the Canary Wharf office as a strategic

base to log daily field activity, manage your pipeline, send structured proposals, and run

final virtual demonstrations.

KPI Management: Meet and exceed demanding metrics, including strict weekly targets

for face-to-face field prospecting visits and conversion rates.

Highly Self-Disciplined: Because you are managing a 360-degree sales cycle primarily

in the field, you must be highly organised to plan your territory routes and ensure diligent

CRM pipeline follow-up.

Immaculate Professional Presentation: As the face of LairaOS, you must present

yourself exceptionally well to build trust and command authority with premium clients.
