Year 1 Learning Support Assistant – Thrive Focus

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Watford starting September 2026. This role focuses on aiding children emotionally and academically using the Thrive approach.

The successful candidate will have experience with Early Years or Key Stage 1 children, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering child development in a nurturing environment.

This is a fixed-term position until July 2027, offering 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
