An experienced Metal/Tool/Assembly Finisher, or similar with a background in benchwork, carpentry, machining or tooling, with prior experience in manual grinding and milling, will join a well‑established company recognised as industry leaders for over 20 years. The role offers scalable career progression, industry‑leading training and technical development.

Role

• Manual grinding and polishing of tooling inserts
• Assembly and disassembly of mould tools
• Reading and interpreting both 2D and 3D engineering drawings
• Using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres, gauge blocks
• Drilling cooling channels and finishing mould components
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation of projects

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in manual grinding and milling
• Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
• Background within benchwork, carpentry, machining, tooling or precision engineering
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commitment to high‑quality work
