Process Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate process and equipment efficiently.
• Consistently apply necessary standards to keep the process under control.
• Understand operation of equipment, carry out CIL tasks and perform simple maintenance tasks.
• Lead small change‑overs.
• Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with previous and next shift and other involved personnel.
• Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
• Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification, rejecting and blocking if necessary.
• Complete all required documentation and data files during production.

Qualifications

• High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area.
• Proven experience operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment.
• Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency.
• Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
