Responsibilities
- Make customer reservations by telephone, email and in person.
- Assist with check‑in and boarding passengers.
- Deliver excellent customer service following standards and Health, Safety and Environment policy.
- Use phone and computer system confidently.
- Take initiative and ownership; support personal development and uphold company’s values.
Qualifications
- Good team player with can‑do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with public and team members.
