Electronics Assembler/Solderer

We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a busy team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working to precise specifications, assembling high quality components and sub-assemblies within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Soldering printed circuit boards and electronics components to a high standard
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications
• Use hand tools and soldering equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Basic testing and fault finding.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment
• Strong soldering skills
• Experience with wiring and cable assemblies
• Familiarity with IPC standards or prior IPC training is highly advantageous
• Competence with hand tools, soldering equipment, and general production tooling
• Ability to confidently read technical drawings and circuit diagrams

Additional Info

• Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8 am to 5.15 pm, Friday – 8 am to 12.30 am
• Salary: £27,000-30,000 per annum
• Start date: ASAP
