We are recruiting for a full‑time Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Reporting to the Compliance Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, management, and continual improvement of an IMS that is fit for purpose, fully compliant, and certified to the following standards:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the annual audit programme, monitoring and reviewing projects to ensure compliance and manage business risk across AKT II’s operations, using established audit checklists.
- Maintain external certifications and lead relationships with certification bodies and other relevant external organisations.
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Typing proficiency and data entry experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior office experience is highly desirable.
- Administrative experience with a focus on business processes.
