Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator based in Herne Bay. Salary: £26,000-28,000 depending on experience.

The role

• Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly
• Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast‑paced setting
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
• Investigating and making informed decisions in line with our policies
• Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role

What we are looking for

• You will be a natural people person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients over the phone.
• You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
• You will be dedicated to delivering a first‑class customer experience and supporting our clients in the end‑to‑end Anti Money Laundering process.
