A growing, experience-led creative agency is looking for a Head of Production to lead its London production capability across high-profile experiential campaigns, brand experiences and large-scale live events.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who brings calm, clarity and creative ambition to complex production delivery.
The Opportunity
- As Head of Production, you’ll own the agency’s event production output, leading operational delivery across B2C and B2B projects.
- You’ll oversee production standards, major project delivery, supplier relationships, freelance networks, resourcing, budgets, technical production, AV, fabrication, CAD and health and safety.
- You’ll also play an important role in the Senior Leadership Team, shaping process, culture, team development and long-term growth.
About You
- You’ll bring around 10 years’ experience in live event production, including at least five years in a department leadership role.
- You’ll have led senior teams, delivered major brand campaigns, managed large budgets and worked confidently with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You’ll be organised, solutions-focused, creative, approachable and calm under pressure, with strong knowledge of experiential marketing and large-scale event delivery.
What’s In It for You
- Salary is £75,000 to £85,000. The role is hybrid in London, England, with at least three days per week in the office.
