They are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in Corporate IP, ideally combined with exposure to IP and TMT matters within complex corporate transactions.

You will Join a market-leading team on a 3–6 month assignment. support on transactional corporate IP and technology deals and work on high-quality, high-value matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment . you will be a qualified lawyer with strong Corporate IP experience however additional experience across IP and Technology matters is highly desirable.

You will also be comfortable operating in a transactional, deadline-driven environment and be available to start at short notice
