Bank Support Worker

We are looking for passionate and reliable Bank Support Workers to join our three bed Children’s Residential Home team situated in Colchester.

This is a 0-hour contract role offering flexible shifts and competitive rates of pay. You will support children and young people in a safe, caring, and positive environment, helping them achieve their full potential.

We provide a warm, nurturing, and stable home environment, supported by a welcoming team who work closely together to achieve the best outcomes for our young people. Experience in residential childcare or support work is desirable but not essential – we value compassion, commitment, and a positive attitude.
