About the role:
A great opportunity is available for an experienced HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Leamington Spa. This is a full‑time position starting after May half term, with short listing currently taking place.
The school has a ‘good’ OFSTED rating and is known for its supportive leadership team and positive learning environment. Staff work collaboratively to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across the primary age range
- Support class teachers with planning and preparation
- Work with small groups to boost attainment
- Help manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils’ learning and development
Pre‑requisites:
- HLTA status or equivalent experience Level 4
- Previous experience within a primary school
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Two references from education‑based roles
