LSA Role – Fixed Term (1:1 Support)
Are you creative, reflective and relationship-driven? Do you believe trusted adults can make a lasting difference to a child’s life? We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for an individual pupil, on a fixed-term basis until 31.08.2027. At Clanfield Junior School, our work is rooted in a therapeutic, relational approach. We prioritise childhood and encourage and nurture this through connection, co‑regulation and understanding children’s needs, enabling every child to feel safe, valued and ready to learn. In this role, you will play a key part in building a consistent, trusting relationship, supporting the child’s emotional wellbeing alongside their access to learning. You will join a caring, reflective team committed to inclusive practice, where play, outdoor learning and curiosity are central to our curriculum.
