We are recruiting a Head Waiter / Head Waitress or Restaurant Supervisor for a beautiful Welsh property in Monmouthshire. Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house service to ensure high standards are maintained
- Provide friendly yet professional service and lead by example
- Assist in the smooth running of the restaurant, including staff management and training
- Oversee ordering and stock control
Qualifications
- Passion for friendly yet professional service
- Experience supervising within a similar environment
- Strong team player who can lead by example
