Finance Internship (Corporate)

Requirements

• STEM degree from a top university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborating skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Great attention to detail
• Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
• London based and authorised to work in the UK
• Finance experience is a plus, but not necessary

• This 6 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment
• You’ll gain exposure to the inner workings of a high-performance startup and develop a strong understanding of how a finance function supports commercial decision-making and operational growth
• Supporting strategic initiatives within the finance team, including M&A, fundraising, and the evaluation of new deals and business lines
• Supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of acquisitions and investment opportunities
• Building and reviewing financial models to support transaction decisions and assess new commercial opportunities
• Supporting the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements with counterparties and suppliers
• Sourcing and assessing financing solutions, including facilities to manage liquidity and margin requirements
• Partnering cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to support the execution of strategic projects
