Overview
Are you a structural technician with a few years of experience in a structural revit role for buildings structures and seeking a new challenge? You will need to be a British passport holder due to working on projects requiring high level security clearance.

Responsibilities
You will be involved in RIBA projects at stage 1 & 2 with a wide variety of large buildings schemes on offer. Creativity and liaison skills are essential.
You will be joining the Civil & Structural Engineering division within this well established and highly reputable property consultancy working on buildings projects.
You will be working alongside the Senior Revit Technician in the Civil/Structural Division and assisting with the project delivery from the revit side. The team will be growing further in the coming months. Projects are mainly steel and RC and often larger schemes.
Projects are very varied in both size and scope, currently including work in the defence sector, industrial buildings, residential projects, projects for the Police, garden centres, schools and concrete resi mid rise frames, to name but some. Projects are commonly up to £40m in value but some smaller and can go up to £200m.
You will most likely have a minimum of 2 years of buildings structures revit experience to be suited to this role.
