Hospitality Assistant

Salary: £13.10 per hour
Employment type: Permanent Part Time – 18 hours per week
Working hours: 8am – 2pm, alternate weekends required

Your role
- Providing excellent customer service to all our residents
- Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
- Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining area and to their rooms
- Cleaning the dining area to keep it tidy and presentable
- Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors as required
Key skills & qualifications
Experience in a customer facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Ability to deliver an excellent service that makes our residents feel at home. Understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards in and around the home, ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Comfortable communicating with others and willing to help the wider team.
