We are working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Dunstable that is seeking a dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their team. Pay: 28,618 – 41,137

The Role – Education and Training

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to inform teaching
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement
  • Inspire a love of learning and encourage pupils to reach their full potential
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a QTS
  • Has recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
  • Can commute to Dunstable
  • Is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
