Youth Community Partnerships Specialist (Grief Literacy)

Acorns Children’s Hospice is seeking a Community Partnership Worker for our Worcester hospice to develop peer support and youth leadership programs aimed at increasing grief literacy. This role involves collaborating with schools and community organizations to support bereaved siblings.
