Social Worker – Children In Care
We are looking for an experienced and inspirational social worker to help put children and families at the heart of everything we do in North East Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be part of a fast‑transforming team that is rated Good by Ofsted.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality support for children in care and care leavers.
- Manage cases, make important decisions, and provide ongoing support as young people transition to adulthood.
- Work collaboratively with families, services, and partners to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
Qualifications & Application Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker or Working in an ASYE year.
- Professional or company email address (personal email addresses are not accepted).
- At least one reference from your current or most recent employment, placement or work experience; references must cover the last 3 years and gaps must be detailed in the reference form.
- Disclosed DBS check at the level appropriate to the post; the successful candidate must be registered with the DBS Update Service and register for the DBS within 30 calendar days of the certificate date.
