What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate, and develop a national Service Sales team, creating a high-performance culture and ensuring individuals are aligned to clear objectives and targets
- Own and deliver the Service Sales plan, driving consistent performance through robust forecasting, pipeline management, and regular performance reviews
- Shape and influence commercial strategy, identifying market trends and growth opportunities to strengthen FläktGroup’s position within the UK HVAC service sector
- Build and maintain key customer relationships, taking a hands-on role with major accounts to drive long-term, profitable partnerships
- Enhance operational effectiveness, embedding CRM (Dynamics) and best-practice sales processes to improve efficiency, focus, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning, business reviews, and continuous improvement across the service offering
