FIXED | 20 days holiday | Full clean licence required

We need a proper Head Mechanic to run our electric mopeds workshop. Not a clock‑watcher — a manager who takes the job home: checks schedules mornings/evenings, plans ahead, first in/last out. Labourers work 9‑6; you make it happen anytime business needs it. Mostly office/garage‑based — manage/execute repairs there, only customer sites sometimes when essential.

Responsibilities

• Fix electric mopeds/bikes: diagnostics, batteries, motors, GPS fits.
• Own the diary: review jobs, prioritize, keep us on track.
• Lead juniors: assign work, train, quality check everything.
• Manage parts/logs/safety/inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years scooter/motorcycle or car/van/EV repairs.
• Proactive and self‑sufficient – lives the role, no hand‑holding.
• Talks straight to staff/customers.
• London‑based, UK right to work.
• EV experience? Bonus.
• NVQ? Good.
• Past workshop lead? Perfect.
