Northern Gym Equipment is on a serious growth trajectory — we’re scaling fast, entering international markets, and landing partnerships with some of the biggest retailers in the game. We’re looking for a hungry, driven Senior Account Manager ready to take full ownership and grow with us. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to coast. It’s for someone who wants to build something.
Base salary
£40,000 – £45,000
Bonus
KPI-based bonus scheme discussed at interview — rewarding performance that matters.
What you’ll own:
- Full ownership of key retail and marketplace accounts
- Trading, growing, and protecting margin
- Onboarding and developing new accounts
- Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting — you own the numbers
- Building long-term relationships with major retail partners including face to face meetings
- Contributing to our international market expansion strategy
What we need
- Proven marketplace experience — Amazon and Mirakl-powered platforms
- Track record of growing accounts and winning new business
- Commercially sharp — comfortable with margin and forecasting
- A self-starter mentality and ambition to progress
- Experience in project management with a team – overseeing execution
Nice to have
- Background in the fitness or sports equipment industry
- Experience working with large national retailers
- Exposure to international or export sales
