Deputy Head, Student Casework & Policy

The University of Lancashire is seeking a Deputy Head, Student Casework within the Academic Registry to lead the development, promotion and implementation of policies relating to Student Complaints, Disciplinaries, Fitness to Practise, Academic Misconduct and Appeals.

You will provide expert guidance to senior colleagues and Investigating Officers, promote learning from outcomes to improve the student experience, and work with professional services and academic leaders to deliver service
