Rehabilitation Staff Nurse – Band 5, Patient-Centred Care

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse for Clayponds Rehabilitation Hospital in London. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults undergoing rehabilitation after illness or injury.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, administering medications safely and maintaining documentation, while supporting junior staff and students in a dynamic, patient-centred environment.
