Starting salaries range from £45–60K + equity (DOE).

Role responsibilities:

  • Running & optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok (depending on B2B SaaS vs consumer/DTC focus)
  • Managing budgets and reporting on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Testing and scaling SEO, retargeting, and referral programmes
  • Building and optimising landing pages and running CRO experiments
  • Designing and executing email/lifecycle campaigns to retain and monetize users

You’ll have real ownership of campaigns and budgets, not just reporting – making an immediate impact on growth.
