Senior Finance Business Partner – Group Executive Functions

Experteer Overview

In this Senior Finance Business Partner role, you will lead a small team within the Group Cost & Investment function to support Divisional Finance Directorates with a ~240m annual spend. You will translate cost drivers into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, drive planning and forecasting, and provide challenged insights to improve the accuracy of Finance BAU plans. You will build strong partnerships across Divisional Finance teams and ensure robust governance and benefit validation. This is a leadership-focused, cross-functional role at the heart of financial stewardship.

• Lead Finance Business Partnering activities with Divisional Finance teams Present Management Reports to senior stakeholders including the Group Cost & Investment Director Identify and mitigate risks to the cost profile across Finance BAU Develop robust relationships with Divisional Finance reps to foster a no-surprises culture Oversee investment-related benefits validation and reporting Ensure financial governance and SOX/balance sheet controls Engage with Signature and Essential Actions and interlock divisions on investment/project benefits Coach and develop direct reports through regular check-ins and growth conversations Coordinate with Centre of Excellence for consistent communication and outputs Embed Lloyds Banking Group culture and leadership behaviours
