Experteer Overview

In this Senior Finance Business Partner role, you will lead a small team within the Group Cost & Investment function to support Divisional Finance Directorates with a ~240m annual spend. You will translate cost drivers into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, drive planning and forecasting, and provide challenged insights to improve the accuracy of Finance BAU plans. You will build strong partnerships across Divisional Finance teams and ensure robust governance and benefit validation. This is a leadership-focused, cross-functional role at the heart of financial stewardship.
