What you’ll do

  • Shape and refine our brand strategy, championing the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns for both our brand and our partner agents & developers from start to finish, including creative conception, asset production oversight, campaign setup and reporting across digital and social channels.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new listings and development launches, in partnership with our agents and developers.
  • Build a deep understanding of our high-net-worth audience and buyer network, using insights to shape content and campaigns.
  • Own our social media strategy and channels, overseeing everything from long term planning to daily content delivery, identifying trends, managing creative testing and driving audience engagement.
  • Manage and mentor our Social Media Assistant, ensuring all content is on-brand, aligned with best practice, and consistently high quality.
  • Track and report on social media performance, with a sharp focus on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Shape the creative direction and production of our property shoots from the storyboards, scripts, locations, partners and materials.
  • Oversee the rollout of content across owned and paid channels, including our website, social media and email.
  • Analyse performance and marketing impact, sharing clear insights and recommendations with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Established track record in marketing, ideally within the property, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience in leading digital marketing campaigns and creative production, managing projects from start to finish, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and luxury marketing with experience in adapting storytelling strategies to marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels, combined with an understanding of paid media strategies, insights and reporting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a creative eye for refined content.
  • Proactive mindset, always seeking ways to optimise, test, and improve.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep appreciation for quality, storytelling, and emotion-led marketing.
