The Role
This is a true 360, high-impact desk for experienced recruiters who want autonomy, pace, and serious earning potential.
You’ll be:
- Winning new business across AI, Deep Tech, Energy & Renewables
- Building long-term client partnerships, not transactional accounts
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle – from first call to signed offer
- Positioning yourself as a market expert, advising clients and candidates at senior levels
What We’re Looking For
- A proven 360 recruiter from AI, tech, or adjacent specialist markets
- Strong business development DNA – you enjoy the hunt
- Confidence managing multiple high-value relationships at once
- Experience in energy / renewables is a big plus
