The Opportunity:

A London-based real estate investment and development company of a sovereign wealth fund is looking for a junior to mid-level Real Estate Lawyer (2–5 years' PQE) to join their team. This is a broad, business-facing role offering exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders and a diverse UK and international real estate portfolio.

The Role:

• Managing a wide range of real estate matters, including retail and office leases and associated asset management documentation

nt

• Reviewing and overseeing consumer and service contracts with third-party providers

nt

• Updating internal policies and drafting papers for the General Counsel and Board in response to legal and regulatory developments affecting UK assets

nt

• Running legal projects, document management, and case oversight

nt

• Supporting broader matters involving commercial contracts, employment law, and intellectual property

About You:

nn

nt
• Qualified lawyer with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE

nt

• Solid training and experience in commercial real estate

nt

• Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and reporting lines

nt

• Confident in advising senior stakeholders, including the General Counsel and Board

nt

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple matters and manage risk effectively

Salary:

• £70,000 to £90,000

• On site 5 days per week

• Offices overlooking some of the best views of London

• Close to the station.

This role requires you to be on site 5 days per week.
