Commercial property Solicitor – Nuneaton

Our client, a forward-thinking and ambitious full-service law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. The firm offers a modern, technology-driven working environment and advises across a wide range of sectors, including development, investment, infrastructure and property finance.

The Role

n
• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, title issues and drafting high-quality transactional documentation
• Supporting the corporate team on the property aspects of business and transactional work
• Delivering a consistently high standard of technical expertise and client care

About You

n
• A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial property within private practice
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting skills
• Commercially astute, pragmatic and solutions-driven in your approach
• A proactive and resilient team player who works well collaboratively
• Experience in Residential Conveyancing is desirable
