Strategic Head of Capital Modelling & Model Use

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Head of Model Use (Capital Modelling) to lead strategic model use within the EO Capital Modelling function. You will embed the ECM at the heart of decision‑making, risk management and business partnering across EO, FAL and the wider QBE Group.

You’ll shape capital planning, oversee governance, manage a high‑performing team and engage senior stakeholders to translate insights into action across major transactions, reinsurance and regulatory forecasts.
