As part of this busy and collaborative team, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of commercial real estate work, including:
- Residential and commercial development projects
- Investment and commercial property acquisitions and sales
- Commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants
- You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues while developing your own expertise and client relationships in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
Responsibilities
- Work on a range of commercial real estate matters including development projects, acquisitions and sales, and leases for landlords and tenants
- Collaborate with the Real Estate team to deliver high-quality client service and build client relationships
- Contribute to the timely progression of matters while managing competing priorities
Qualifications
- A qualified solicitor (NQ – 2 years’ PQE) with some prior experience in property work
- An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Organised, with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple matters
- A team player who takes initiative, embraces learning, and is keen to build lasting client relationships
