Direct Payments Support Specialist

Bexley Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) is seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to support its Direct Payment Service. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, assist with PA registrations, and help ensure records and registrations are accurate and up to date.

This role involves coordinating with partners, handling phone and email enquiries, and delivering clear, timely information to residents.
