Recovery-Focused Environment Support Specialist

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking an Ancillary Environment Support Worker for Hawkesbury Lodge Residential Service in Coventry. This full-time role (35 hours) focuses on creating a welcoming, clean and supportive environment for residents living with mental health challenges.

You will use your lived experience to help residents feel at home, maintain communal spaces and support daily living tasks, while contributing to a recovery-focused ethos.
