Staff Product Engineer — Flexible 3–5 Day Week HealthTech

Albany Growth is partnering with a fast scaling HealthTech company to hire a Staff Product Engineer. You will own and develop core product areas end-to-end, writing production code daily in a regulated environment and shaping clinical workflows used by NHS clinicians.

You will tackle security, performance, and scalability challenges while applying CQRS and DDD patterns in a modern codebase. 7+ years of full stack delivery and comfort with PHP or Java/Python/C# are preferred.
