Onsite Events Coordinator – Client Experience & Logistics

JLL in London is seeking an Events Coordinator to ensure seamless client events on site. You will coordinate logistics, manage client interactions, and support event setups in real time, working with the Events Manager and operations teams.

You will act as the first point of contact for event enquiries, oversee lifecycles from briefing to post-event evaluation, handle vendor relations, and ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining high service standards.
