Senior Product Operations Manager

Sierra is seeking a Product Operations leader to run the operating cadence for Product & Engineering, design scalable processes, and build robust dashboards. You will coordinate across Product, Eng, Design, Brand, Sales, and Ops, driving alignment and accountability to scale with quality.

You’ll bring 6-8+ years of experience and a proven ability to scale operational processes in a high-growth, product-led environment, with strong communication skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
