SEN Support Specialist – Full-Time (Birmingham)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting FULL-TIME SEN Support Staff to work across Birmingham schools. You will support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, helping their academic, social and emotional development.

We value patience, empathy and resilience with strong communication skills. You’ll support learning and behaviour plans, encourage independence, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. DBS check required.
