James Carrera ofDigital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to make legal service delivery more efficient through an effective mix of project management, business analysis & product toolkit.
Responsibilities
- process mapping, defining performance measures and confirming stakeholder requirements
- generating solutions, conducting impact analysis and seeking feedback from stakeholders
- building alignment via communication and training, tracking key milestones, monitoring performance and employing control measures
- collecting feedback, identifying further opportunities for improvement and fostering a continuous improvement culture
Experience and Qualifications
- educated to degree level with at least 3 years’ prior experience of Process Improvement gained in a Consultancy or Legal firm
- demonstrated Process improvement projects experience
- stakeholder management: facilitating workshops, negotiation, influencing
- managing business improvement projects through to completion
- genuine passion for innovation and technology
